Standard, PACE Interviews. The cost of this service will
vary depending upon the LSC area office, that you firm falls
within. As a guidance this service is charged at
£2.20 per minute excl.
vat of tape recorded tape time subject to a minimum Tape Charge of £99.00, but for a single Standard Audio Interview Tape will not exceed £100
If the taped interview exceeds 45 minutes (more than one tape) then under our
normal rates for STANDARD AUDIO INTERVIEW you should apply for prior authority. Dependant
upon which LSC office you apply to, they may authorise a
different amount. If this is the case let us know.

NON
STANDARD AUDIO RECORDINGS
Non standard, MP3, Mobile telephone voice message, covert
recordings, micro cassette. This service is charged at £2.92
- £3.92 excl vat of recording time.
Definition of Non standard audio recordings
· Not professionally recorded
· Covertly recorded (hidden recorder)
· There is a Q&A session. (Lecture followed by Questions)
· Socratic Method (Lecturer and Audience interact throughout)

Text Message SMS Transcription Service
Text Messaging SMS are being used instead of direct telecommunications. The text message will be retained automatically in the mobile telephones memory whether received or sent, unless it is manually deleted. The text message is stored on the network providers computer even if the message is deleted.
We retrieve the text message from the telephone or SIM card and transcribe the content preserving the telephone and the information contained on it. Date, Time, Sender details, recipient details. The transcription of the text message is provided with a supporting s9 witness statement.
Phone Message Voice Message Transcription Service
Phone messages, in voice mail, voice messages are being left more frequently
as mobile telephones are becoming very common. ILB
transcribe VOICEMAIL and answerphone messages from mobile
phones. We transcribe the content preserving the telephone
and the information on it. The transcription of the
Voicemail message is provided with a supporting s9 witness
statement.
